• 14+ days before departure — full refund less 6% processing fee.
• 7–13 days — 50% refund.
• 3–6 days — 25% refund.
• Within 3 days / no-show — no refund.
• Operator cancellation (weather, mechanical, etc.) — full refund or credit.
